Welcome to Locyst. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our mobile application (the “App”) operated by Locyst (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Use of the App

• You agree to use Locyst only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You acknowledge that Locyst is designed to provide map-based local services and subscription features as described in the App.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features of Locyst require a subscription, which will be billed through Apple or Google Play stores.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple or Google Play account settings before the renewal date.
• We do not have access to your payment information and are not responsible for billing issues handled by Apple or Google.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Locyst or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the App without our prior written consent.

4. Privacy

Your use of Locyst is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect and use your information.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Locyst and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or harmful components.
